My name is Tom Costello and I have been involved in the hospitality industry for more years that 15 years.
I opened my first of eight business at the age of twenty five and continue to look for the next crack in the door.
The Advisor is my outlet where I write about issues, trends, and topics that I believe are of professional and inspirational value to those who work inside the confines of a hotel (primarily sales managers) where these tiny bits of wisdom should eventually trickle down to the benefit of the guests and customers that they serve.
I will continue to share my perspectives as long as I feel passionate enough to do so and my content is meaningful and relevant.
